About Me

My photo
Rick Truocchio
The concept of this blog is to show how you can create different dishes from what you have at home already. Anybody can go out and get specific things for a recipe but very few people have time to do this everyday. I go shopping once a week for the majority of items I need and I usually do a second small trip mid -week to fill in the gaps. This blog will show how I make food and complimentary items and then reuse these items throughout the week to make delicious and unique dishes everyday. I have over 10 years experience in the food industry at many different levels and this experience gives me the knowledge to make food from all over the world. ENJOY!!
